1. Service scope and acceptance
Zenisis provides AI-assisted tools for scripts, storyboards, characters, video, and editing workflows. Models, processes, and interfaces may change over time.
You are responsible for uploads, prompts, outputs, and how you publish results, and you must not infringe third-party IP, privacy, or other lawful rights. Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Account and service limits
Keep your credentials secure and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you violate this agreement (especially the Acceptable Use Policy), engage in illegal or infringing activity, or harm service security, we may follow the notice-and-remediation process in that policy and restrict features, pause jobs, or terminate service.
4. Credits, plans, and refunds
Credits, subscriptions, refunds, and remedies follow the Refund Policy & Purchase Notice and official notices at the time of purchase.
5. Disclaimers and liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation of every model, payment channel, or third-party dependency.
AI outputs are stochastic; we do not guarantee they will match every expectation, use case, or quality bar, and we are not responsible for decisions or outcomes you make based on generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
The parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from this agreement.
