Refund policy & purchase notice

This policy explains purchase conditions, refund rules, abnormal transaction handling, and invoicing for Zenisis digital services.

1. Service description and cooling-off rules

The platform offers credits for AI script, storyboard, character image, and video generation, plus monthly and annual subscriptions. These are digital content services.
Cooling-off: under Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, digital content does not qualify for the seven-day cooling-off period once you purchase and agree to immediate activation. Please review the relevant terms and limitations before purchase.

Complete account registration and required verification before purchase.
Before paying, confirm you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this policy.
You are responsible for payment details and account security. Accounts must not be transferred, shared, or misused by third parties.

Credits are not refundable after they have been consumed.
If a subscription is active and a platform-attributable system outage makes core features (such as AI generation) completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, and the issue is not fixed after you notify support, you may request termination of that subscription period; we will refund that period on a pro-rata basis for unused days.
Except as stated above or where required by law, subscriptions are not refundable solely because they were unused or no longer wanted.

Duplicate charges will be refunded after confirmation.
If payment succeeds but credits do not arrive, provide the order number and proof of payment and we will assist.
If subscription features are completely unavailable due to platform issues, we may offer compensation or an alternative remedy.

After payment, e-invoices are sent to the account email.
For a company uniform invoice number, enter the company name and tax ID at checkout.
Invoice corrections: contact support within 7 business days of issuance.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
The parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from this contract.
