Risk controls and manual review
If the system detects abnormal behavior, we may take measures under this policy to keep the service fair and secure.
1. Prohibited use
Do not use Zenisis to generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or regulation-evading content.
Do not generate harmful deepfakes, impersonate real people without authorization, or produce hate-inciting content.
Do not use scripts, bots, or other non-human automation to abuse the platform at scale, scrape data, bypass usage limits, or violate third-party terms by initiating more than 300 AI generation requests within any rolling 24-hour window.
Do not use the platform for malicious testing, attacks, plagiarism, or unauthorized resale.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for uploaded assets, prompts, outputs, publication methods, and copyright risk.
If workflows support formal commercial delivery, users should complete review, authorization checks, and complaint handling on their own.
3. Violations, notice, and account termination
If suspected violations are detected, we may restrict certain features (such as generation speed or job queues) or pause specific jobs, and notify you by email.
You should provide a reasonable explanation or stop the violation within 3 business days of the notice.
If you do not respond in time, your explanation is unreasonable, or violations continue, we may suspend or terminate account access.
If the agreement ends due to violations of this policy, consumed credits or used subscription time are not refundable; unused prepaid credits or subscription fees may be refunded after deducting necessary administrative costs (not exceeding 12% of the unused amount).
