Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how Zenisis collects, processes, and uses personal data, and what rights users have under applicable law.

1. Categories of personal data
- Account data: email address, display name, and login credentials.
- Payment data: transaction records, order numbers, and invoice details. Card and payment details are processed directly by payment providers; this platform does not store them.
- Usage data: platform activity, generation logs, credit usage, login times, and IP address.
- Creative content: prompts, uploaded materials, and generated images or video clips.
- Device and technical data: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, cookies, and browsing activity.
2. Purposes of collection
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Zenisis service.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing.
- To verify identity and reduce fraud or account abuse.
- To provide customer support, handle complaints, and meet legal obligations.
- To send essential service notices (such as policy updates or maintenance). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
3. Use and sharing with third parties
We use personal data only within the purposes described above and do not sell or rent it to third parties.
To operate the service, data may be processed by the following categories of processors where necessary:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for storage and compute.
- AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Google) to process generation requests. Prompts and parameters you enter are transmitted to those providers’ servers.
- Payment and invoicing providers to complete transactions.
Important: your creative inputs (prompts and uploaded materials) are not used to train this platform’s or third parties’ AI models without your additional explicit consent.
We may also disclose data when legally required (for example, court orders or lawful requests from competent authorities).
4. Retention and your rights
- Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction and invoice records are retained under applicable laws (including the Business Entity Accounting Act), generally for at least five years. Creative content is removed from servers within a reasonable period (30 days) after account deletion.
- You may request access, copies, correction, restriction, or deletion as permitted by law. Contact service@zenisis.ai to exercise your rights.
5. Cookies, third-party links, and policy updates
We use cookies to maintain login state, remember language preference, and understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
The platform may link to third-party services (such as blogs or social media) that have their own privacy policies; please review them separately.
We may revise this policy. Material updates will be announced on the platform and communicated through appropriate channels (such as login notices or email).
