After signing up and logging in, go to the studio, create a project, then move through script, storyboard, character, and video nodes to produce your AI video. You can also use the one-click pipeline to run the whole flow automatically.

Credits are deducted based on actual usage. Each successful script, storyboard, character image, or video generation step consumes Credits according to the workflow stage. Failed generations are not charged.

Yes. Zenisis supports multiple projects in parallel, and each project keeps its own image and clip assets organized in its own asset library.

Zenisis supports 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 video output. Available resolutions depend on the selected video model. Current models support 1080p, and some models also support 4K. The UI now shows only the options that the active model can actually generate.

Zenisis currently processes checkout through PayUni and supports credit cards plus common local payment methods. Follow the checkout flow to choose your preferred method.

Yes. Personal buyers receive the standard email receipt flow. If you need a company invoice, contact support after payment with your order details, company name, and tax ID.

After payment succeeds, the corresponding credits or subscription access should appear within a few minutes. If they do not arrive within 30 minutes, contact service@zenisis.ai.

Yes. You can upgrade from the billing area at any time. Effective timing and price difference handling follow the latest official billing rules.

Because Zenisis provides digital services, purchases do not qualify for the standard seven-day cooling-off period once credits or service access have been issued. Please review the refund policy for details.

If a system issue causes duplicate payment or credits do not arrive correctly, contact service@zenisis.ai with the transaction time, account email, and order number. We will review it during business hours.

Purchased credits currently do not expire. Subscription bonus credits reset by billing cycle and unused monthly bonus credits do not roll over.

In principle, outputs generated through Zenisis can be used commercially by the user, but you remain responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded assets, and final use do not infringe third-party rights.

Zenisis does not use your project content for AI model training without your consent. We process your content only as needed to provide the service.
